• Refunds are available within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet entered production. After 24 hours, or once production has begun, refunds will not be possible.
• All our products are handcrafted specifically for you, so once production starts, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

• If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund within the eligible 24-hour window, please contact us immediately at support@antiikacrochet.com with your order details.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Once the crafting process begins, we cannot accommodate refund requests as each item is made-to-order.
• We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the production timeline since all products are handcrafted and timeframes may vary.

4. Exceptions

• In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen production issues, we will notify you and process a full refund.
