- Production times range from 1 day to 3 months, depending on the product.
- Once your product is ready, it will be shipped immediately.
2. Shipping Timeline
- After production is complete, shipping typically takes 7-14 days for delivery within India.
- Shipping times may vary for international orders based on the destination and shipping partners’ availability.
3. Shipping Partners
- We use certified shipping partners to ensure that your product arrives safely and on time.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts, which will be applied automatically at checkout if eligible.

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Once the crafting process begins, we cannot accommodate refund requests as each item is made-to-order.
- We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the production timeline since all products are handcrafted and timeframes may vary.
4. Exceptions
